With this procedure, client presentations get a much more immersive and interactive expression.

Through (CAD) Computer Aided Design new ways arise on how to familiarize your client with the event layout and create a real sense of space, for example during a pitch presentation.

Show the 3D flight animation as a video file, which you can embed into your PowerPoint or Keynote presentation. We create the three-dimensional environment, together we elaborate the highlights of what makes this space or event layout special and unique and we create an according camera flight to accentuate the very best of your design.

MORE OPTIONS AND POSSIBILITIES

Another option is for example the ability to view details such as the angle of the solar irradiation. In the example shown on this page, the animation starts with a daylight setup at the estimated time of guests‘ arrival, around 1 PM, and it ends after the official part around 7 PM with a small get-together outside on the patio. At the end of this video when the sun starts to set, you can see the additional lights coming up to illuminate the exhibits.

These calculations not only create a very realistic visual impression but they can also critically influence some decisions that have to be considered over the next planning steps. For example, the stage can be previewed in advance in its optimum position, in a way that the artists do not get blinded by the sun at the time they go on stage to perform.

Another example is the rapid decision support, whether or not you can actually work with a conventional projection setup at a given point (Note: According to the DIN norm 19045, the brightness of a projection has to be equal to a factor of 5 of the ambient brightness). With this calculation process we are not just able to preview the course of the sun but we can also anticipate the expected brightness (lighting distribution) in a given space. This happens with a clear colouring change of the scene and a corresponding scale in lux.

Among many other possibilities, there is one left that we want to mention: Sometimes we have situations where, while watching an animation, you don’t want to give away too many details enabling this way a much more open-minded discussion about colours, graphics, content design, etc. For these cases we can offer a flight animation with just neutral, white plaster textures.
